Description
Watson Splash Pad parking lot across from Smith Beach and Municipal Yaught club. The lot is an attraction for wild animals and people who pull in empty there trash beer bottles and cans, people pull up to the wooded area which is next to my house and urinate and blast music and spin tires and do innapropriate things. I have a child whose bus stop is at the tip of the lot along with other kids. The landscape has been neglected for over a year, everytime the landscapers come they park in the lot but only take care of the beach and the beach side walk, the wooded area between my house and this lot is over grown and has become a dumping ground for trash and glass bottles and a jungle for the wild animals. People from all over come to park here with no cause or concern and the residence around this area have had enough. The police never do anything about and it is still in touched. To park at most beaches you need to pay for a permit or be a resident. Maybe that's what needs to happen to motivate the town to take care of this.
