Description

My house has a city owned fence running behind my back yard. The fence is overgrown with ivy which is now pulling chain fence down onto bike trail. We have lived here for 35 years and the ivy was growing up fence on city side way back then. We have maintained the growth on our side by cutting and chopping it back as best we could. Have only seen city workers a few times trimming bike trail side. Now the ivy is so heavy and rampant that it's falling down. Can someone please look into this problem?
