Thank you for reporting your concern to City of Cambridge via Commonwealth Connect. We have reviewed the information you provided our staff and will be investigating this issue further.
That is…future tense ("will remove"). I thought the ticket stayed open until the removal was complete and verified. I want to receive notice when it is fixed so I can go to the location and confirm the removal comports with my expectations; if the ticket is closed that's not feasible.
In the past the removal folks have posted a picture of the clean surface on SeeClickFix, which seems burdensome but also great for verification. I can understand that burden might be too great, but I don't think continuing to track the issue until actual resolution (rather than Hoped For resolution) is too much.
Did I miss a policy change, or is this somehow different because there is expected active streetwork 20 feet from the graffiti?

The Specialty contractor is there today and tomorrow sealing the concrete. The graffiti is going to be removed as part of this operation, so it should be all set by end of day tomorrow.

"Jan Devereux @jandev
@johnhawkinson Graffiti team says they can’t remove the tags because the surface contains glass. Need the skateboard contractor to do it."
