There is a drain located behind the fence for my property 4207 Minnard Ct. Virginia Beach , VA. Its located in the common space between units. The drain has trash and seems to be clogged and needs to cleaned. It retains standing water and has created a horrible breathing ground for the mosquitos. It has become a health hazard. Mosquitos are unbearable. I have tried to clean around it but the debris and trash is way to much.

Another issue is that there is a tree that has gorwn out of control in the same common area. The trunk, roots and branches from the tree are now pushing against the fence and its damaging the fence and the foundation of the posts. I want to cut the tree down but don't want to get in trouble for doing so. Can some one please come check it out.
