F Y I , people in this community...it has now been over 72 hours since the County of Sacramento's Dept. of Transportation has been notified that this pothole is presently opened up and this falls under negligence on the County's responsibility to maintain a SAFE thoroughfare for all to travel upon. I highly encourage ANYONE whom comes in contact with this hazard and damages their property or themselves to file suit against the county of Sacramento for ANY damages. Call the County DOT and ask for a claim form to be sent to you.

Ok public....it appears the County of Sacramento's DOT is going to treat this matter with DELIBERATE INDIFFERENCE as to the safety of their responsibilities. This smells like an expensive lawsuit "if"any accident does happen. Just for the records. BTW....check out the debri from this pothole that is no fun to run over on a motorcycle.
