Description

The person that lives at this address (347 9th St.) has a vehicle that has a handicap Parking spot.
He is abusing the privilege that he was giving he has been harassing all the neighbor's due to him holding a spot on the street instead of using his handicap parking spot. He get up into the neighbor's faces and tells them they can't park here or there he hold it with the vehicle that has handicap plates and assigned a spot. Did inform the neighbor's they can call the police if he keeps getting into their faces and harassing them.
