Hello, my name is Charles Fredericks - I worked for the City of Eagan Public Works Department. I wanted to make you aware that the City of Eagan does not utilize SeeClickFix as a customer service platform nor do we regularly monitor requests submitted via SeeClickFix at this time. To report a maintenance request, please call 651-675-5300 or submit an online request at www.cityofeagan.com/citizensupport.
With regards to this pothole/sinkhole, please contact MnDOT if this issue has not been resolved, as they are the appropriate agency responsible for maintenance of HWY 55 and HWY 149. As far as I am aware, MnDOT does not actively monitor SeeClickFix requests submitted within Eagan, so calling them will ensure they receive your request. You can reach their maintenance department at 651-234-7110.
