Description

Tree in front of house was recently cleaned only to have dogs do their duty on it. This has become an issue on the boulevard between Virginia and Boyd. People even leave their dog's waste in the middle of sidewalks. In efforts to encourage our neighbors, Can we please have signs put up and also the box with waste bags as you do in downtown area?
