Description
Shrubs blocking Interurban Shelter allowing drug usage. Finding syringes and other paraphernalia in bushes. They are tall and block visibility from 145th looking north at trail. Police cannot view illegal activity that commonly takes place at shelter. I have photo to show specific area, if needed. 206 391-7830.
