Description
This abandoned disabled cart was reported in July 2nd. The report has now been closed. The cart is still there alongside Safeway. The repeated closure of reported issues which have not been resolved is shocking. I have been in touch with the Inspector Generals Office as it seems to be a persistent and perhaps fraudulent approach from DPW. If you don't have time, interest or resources to deal with the issue then please say so - DON'T FALSELY CLAIM THAT THERE IS NO ISSUE TO RESOLVE.

it is part of a broader pattern which I have experienced with reports to DC311. The issues are closed without any action taken. Doubtless this improves DPW's statistics but it does nothing to improve their credibility.
