Very strange behavior by Rita's Water Ice on Wednesday night 7/5. An white male, late 40's/early 50's, muscular build, short blond hair came through the parking lot and waited with the crowd outside Rita's. A few minutes later a young white woman, late teens/early 20's, long brown hair, approached from the same direction. She walked up to him, he lit her cigarette and said she looked nice, and then he walked away. He crossed the parking lot and entered the passenger side of a White Cadillac SUV, which then drove off. The woman got in line at Rita's.
