The immediate potholes have been filled. We have a work order in place to repair the area with a Full Depth Patching. This is to be contracted out and has not been scheduled yet. We will update the request again in the Spring of 2018.

Well the issue still exists and the day that I get hit by a vehicle that is in the turn lane while I am sitting in the turn lane, I will be sending the damage estimate to the City of Topeka to fix my vehicle if I get hit. This needs to be repaired immediately as the road is so rough that vehicles are driving down the turn lane on 37th Street just to avoid the rough road. What are vehicles who are sitting in the turn lane supposed to do? We can't get out of the way by getting over into the other lane of traffic as the vehicles driving down the turn lane don't want to get over this includes City Buses. This needs to be fixed immediately.
