Description

The owner of 4517 W Seminary passed away this January. The house has been vacant ever since. Some neighbors were trying to keep up yard, but backyard is locked.

The grass in the back yard is over 4 ft tall and the front is approaching 2 feet in places.

Some neighbors have asked the executor to mow grass and he has flat out said he is not going to do it.

The executor is the deceased owners lawyer. His name is John Vandenhoff.

Please contact him immediately as ticks, fleas, and varmits are, i'm sure, taking residency in the yard.
