I hope all the prior violations will be reviewed this time. The yard used for unregistered auto storage and automotive work, prior complaints about trash and illegal dumping, animal control violations, etc. And this isn't even the homeowner. How long does the city tolerate this?

This pile of trash is in the roadway and is a hazard to pedestrians from passing motorists who have to dodge it.

Social Service may need to be notified as well as Cumberland County Animal Control

Due to the nature of this work order this may be HAZMAT call for the city inspector to follow up on. What is the condition of the house and are there any foul odors coming from the house to indicate the presence of a METH LAB. PLEASE DON'T APPROACH ANYONE THERE OR MOVE ANY OF THE MATERIAL UNTIL A CITY OFFICIAL COMES OUT THERE.
