You really should be ashamed of posting this as "I want this fixed." Do you think that you are the only person impacted by flooding? Do you think that someone is going to go and pump the water away so that the road can be re-opened, just because you want this fixed. Be grateful that the police cruiser is there to keep you from driving through water that could kill you and be grateful that you're still alive and (presumably) still have a car to drive on Fesslers Lane. The only "fix" is to wait for the water to recede!
