I went by the properties in question today. I will refer this to DPW I think the overgrowth along the bend is the responsibility of the city. I am not sure about the overgrowth along the wall by EJ's. I will find out.

I think the property adjacent to EJ's might be the responsible party for the overgrowth in that area. I will send out a notice.
