Description

Every time it rains, or snows and melts or freezes into ice sheets. The water reaches up my front steps and it takes days to go down which is a very dangerous health issue during hot months not to mention have to wade through water with God only knows what is in it. Have reported several times and nothing is done to really fix the problem to just put a band aid on it. This problem never existed until the street were re paved. HELP PLEASE I'm 71 years old and have mobility with a cane.
