I spoke with Yolanda in RRC. This is being assigned back to her. Parking Authority of JC owns this property.

Greg could you please handle this complaint it belongs to the City.

Building and streets would need to investigate.

Thank you. Happy to talk to Yolanda / Greg directly as well; there are lots of problems with the lot (drainage is extremely poor in the lot and floods when it rains, the fence is mangled and in disrepair, etc.).

Can I get an update here, please?

Inspectors are working on this issue , as soon as they provide me with a update I will forward it to you.

We need to get in touched with the owner . The sidewalk is their responsibility for him to fix..

As Reported by Engineering "The Division of Engineering is scheduling the repair of the sidewalk in front of the property because it is City (Parking Authority) owned. It may take a couple weeks to repair based on the contractor's current workload. Thank you."
