Also, to be clear, this is different from the street light at the corner of Chesterfield and 32nd. Instead, this is the street light across from the alley entrance off of 32nd, across from the block between 32/31 and chesterfield/New Kent.
I've attached some pictures to show the trees that are blocking light and/or hanging low in the street.
