Massive assemblage of bicycle parts, lawn mowers, trash, and what appears to be a portable homeless shelter. All of it is blocking sidewalk in front of parcel just recently sold to Southgate Park and Rec District for additional park acreage. There is a person who appears to be living at this location. Please coordinate code enforcement and DHA so that the individual is offered assistance, and that the mess is cleaned up.
