This is probably Anne Arundle county. It's the overpass towards the New Marc Train Annapolis junction complex

I've reported this before as well. They said it's SHA territory and opened a ticket with them for me last week. I also opened a ticket with SHA. So SHA has at least two notifications about this.

Thank you for the notification of the potholes in this intersection. I've contacted the local SHA Office in Dayton at 410-531-5533 reporting this issue and informing them they have had multiple requests. I've asked that they notify this office at 410-313-7450 once the repair is complete. I'll update the ticket once I'm notified which should be within a couple work days.

This area of Dorsey Run Rd. is maintained by SHA, they have been notified that this area is in need of repair several times including by email again this morning. They responded back to us that they area aware of the situation and are in the process of deciding how to best repair the area permanently due to the heavy truck traffic on this road. SHA can be reached at 410-531-5533.

Seriously? There is something very wrong with that explanation. It's been a double pot hole for multiple years. I am sick of my car getting beat up 5 days a week. Here's how to fix it. Send out a crew with iron/metal plates big enough to reach across the holes the same method that is used when utility Work is being carried out over the course of days/weeks or months on any other road.
