We all need to write emails and call Councilmember Kalb (this area is in his district) about this challenge. He also has open community meetings once per month so meeting with him in person will help even more. The more he is pushed on this public health and safety challenge, the quicker change will occur!

This neighborhood deserves more from Our City Officials than what we are receiving
Maybe our taxes should be returned since nothing is being done about these horrifuc conditions to our block.

Too dangerous for the police and public works - just fine for our neighborhood for 6+ months

Thank you for posting the photo's. Need more enforcement for the folks that are dropping off their "bags" of clothing for the homeless.

This area has been getting worse again with numerous piles of trash. Please do something before it gets as bad as it was again.

This is just one of at least a dozen such piles along the 42nd Street underpass.
