Kenwood dog park has a big hole in the fence on the right side leading right to the highway. My best friend almost made her way through the hole in the fence. Luckily, I caught her and took a lid off of a trash can to block it off for the time being. Can someone please fill the hole there so we don't have any unneeded casualties? Thanks!!
