I would like to add to this. There is a lot of graffiti on the pedestrian overpass that has not been removed, despite sending in a complaint two weeks ago (see 170707-003303). There is also a shopping cart at the start of the ramp that needs to be removed. Please see attached photos of the location.

It looks like more graffiti has been added since then. The hole in fence with direct access to interstate is also very concerning as many kids pass through here.
