Broken Sprinkler System. Sprinklers on Ramsgate Way between Blyth and Britannia are either not working properly or broken. Some just have a very weak dribble and others don't seem to work at all, while one leaks 24 hrs a day running into the street. Crews were out a couple of weeks ago to fix the leak but it didn't fix it. Grass on this entire hillside is turning brown from lack of water
