Description
2 huge homeless encampments/tents and trash in the middle of the road under the freeway in between the double yellow lines. Cars will not see it tonight & crash into it or kill whoever is leaving in those tents. MIDDLE OF THE ROAD!!!

I don't believe this issue should just get combined with the existing service ticket, which we have learned means nothing when it comes to the homeless encampments. This is obstructing traffic on a major arterial road. This is an unsafe condition for the homeless and drivers.
I currently looks like nobody is trying to sleep there so it may be possessions or dumping. But it's still in the middle of the street.
