I've noticed that the reaction and response of city duties and enforcement has a steep grading scale on where you live. If you have yard/brush/tree trash in Irving Park, you don't have to bundle anything 32"X18", just set it to the street and they remove it. ANY OTHER place in this city gets stickers stuck on the door or the debris just stays there.... As well as cars that have been there for more than seven days and there is a three day limit.
Lack equality promotes dissention.

Where have the community resource officers been? Aren't they (the police) supposed to be aware of the areas assigned, or is the communication that is promised in duty subject to misinterpretation in the field? The only time we see any action is after the crime and then the corrupt proceedings of policies in place by the DA office that randomize any true justice so that the guilty are slapped on the wrist and the victim is engrossed with proceedings and time that will never be reimbursed. "Justice" in this city means "Just Us".
