This man was stalking me as I was parking. I asked him to quit staring and that his dog which looked like a lassie type was done with his business. He turned away ONLY as I began to record him. Asked neighbors and said his name is mike i believe and that he was actually waiting there to report people that parked illegally (which i was not doing however the do not park to corner park was beyond my side but near so he mustve been checking) however AS A PRIVATE CITIZEN i am ALLOWED comfort and privacy. He couldve left me ALONE then reported any illegal parking after. He took to cross the corner and STILL stalked me. What kind of neighborhood watch is this??? No one is allowed to STALK citizens. This is on corner of carlton and liberty ave. Will add more information as it comes along but please do not ignore this complaint until then. This is ridiculous!! I do not feel safe! He is not a jc employee and even those parking maids do not stalk theyd have sense to return and then assess.
