Yes, Tom is right. The longer we wait, the more it encourages dumpers to dump on this street. Please come and clear out the entire street on Railroad ave. You need to start on 98th and go all the way to 85th ave (clearing both sides of the street). It is not as effective to just pick up one pile of trash and leave the rest.
Our dysfunctional elected officials need to first stop there zero enforcement policy next raise the amount charged for illegal dumping to a least $1500.00 first offense if not more plus put bounties out on the illegal dumpers. Make turning them worth our while.
Charging money wont work itll just not gwt paid. Maybe if we could toe it to trNsportation restrictions it might make more impact. Tale away the vehicles used to dump
I good with that also take there trucks away along with a fine and community service. Our Keep Dimond Clean volunteers away's looking for help on our litter walks.
