It has not even fixed. The pavement on lake circle west is 1" higher than on castle Moor. It's a tripping problem.

J. Barker investigated 9/18/17. There is no contact information in the notes to see if this is the correct area. See attached picture of area I assume is being expressed about. Will schedule area for asphalt skin patch.
