Description
The county required dry wells for roof runoff do not drain. They are full year round. Being on a slope with my neighbors drywell full, my yard has giant water blister every time it rains. The ground in right rear nearest their underground well swells 1-2 feet high. This is eroding my ground causing sink holes I have filled twice this year. While private property this was a county requirement that is causing a danger due to poor engineering with no soil percolating tests
