Have constant seeping water coming out of ground due to the dry wells retaining water 365 days a year

This issue remains. The drywells do not disperse ANY water into the ground as intended. I do not believe there was ever a perc test as drywells should require. The result is constant undermining of the soil. Homeowners such as myself are being sold homes that have dangers and long term financial implications as foundations become affected. Permission should be granted to discontinue faulty drywells without implications due to the law, and the builders should convert the system since they failed to do the engineering tests needed

Still nothing... crickets... I see the issues made the news the other night.... while still the county IGNORES complaints....

The county knows about the issues on clark station from bradly to quarterfield. I think they hope they can keep making excuses until a new county executive is elected and it will be there problem. Maybe we need to make a facebook page and contact all people in the area. After the news is here, all of a sudden i have an "anonymous complaint".

I hope after a year and a half the county will stop ignoring this complaint and fix the problems that have been allowed to occur

BACKYARD WAS DAMP AT TIME OF INSPECTION BUT NOT WET. NO BLISTER OR SINKHOLES AT TIME OF INSPECTION. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS ARE NEIGHBORS IMPERVIOUS PATIO AND DRAINAGE DIRECTING RAIN WATER TO THE PARTICULAR CORNER OF 1204 BRADLEY RD. RESIDENCE. SWALE BETWEEN TWO HOMES ALSO CARRY WATER FROM MID POINT OF HOUSE TO RIGHT REAR CORNER OF THE PROPERTY. 72 HRS AFTER RAINFALL NO EVIDENCE OF FLOODING, WASHOUTS, OR STANDING WATER. COMPLAINT CAN BE CLOSED.

No violation was found and therefore this complaint will be closed.

Maybe they need to check out 8063 clark station and tell me there is no problem. They always come out days after rain. What about the sediment pond overflow? County admitted it shoukd not over flow into backyards but it continues to do so.
