Why aren't these cars RV's ticketed and Towed

This is getting extremely dangerous for the residents. School is starting in 2 weeks, does the city expect school children to walk through this dangerous area to get to class in the morning?

This area is dangerous and increasing crime in our area. There is active drug dealing from the RVs here.

Looks like this was finally, FINALLY cleaned up today. Let's hope it stays that way!!!

Our independent inspectors report that there are still substantial amount of trash here, especially on the south side of the underpass.
