Q. If a parking issue, what is the problem?
A. Constituents of the Woodlawn Block Association said parking is a problem in their neighborhood - Woodlawn Avenue between West Side Avenue and Sterling Avenue. Specifically, it is difficult to find parking due to proximity to PS38 and students attending New Jersey City University. They requested that the City paint parking lines for on-street parking along the block so as to maximize the number of on-street parking spaces. Please advise as to the procedure for such service.
