The trash is even piled up on the center divider off of 27th Street exit along with tents. It's a hazard to even take that exit you are liable to roll over debris or hit someone. I cannot believe the City of Oakland is allowing this to occur. They need to make the sidewalks under overpasses just wide enough for a wheelchair so that tents can't line up for a whole city block and pedestrians can walk on the sidewalk like they are suppose to.
