Description

Older blue pickup is being used by its owner as a trash bin.This in return is attracting rats, and other wildlife. The pickup doesn't move at all so I believe it's also a police matter. Other complaints have been filed. Pictures from complaint # 3606782. Please help us remove this trash and pickup. I am worried about the raccoon attacking a pedestrian it's out in the daylight. Thank You for any assistance you can give!
