All I know is there are allot of elderly in this block and if this is happening then the police need to be on it. We all know nothing will happen until something happens to someone on that block then the police will do what they do best blanket the block and pressure everyone into what they saw . I know I have elderly siblings on that block and if something happens to them because of this allege drug activity god help the person. Thay are gonna want the police to arrest them before I get my hands on them and then I go after the police department legally for not listening to these blgs which they monitor everyday.

GEE, IF IT WAS ONLY AS EASY FOR THE POLICE AS THEY MAKE IT SEEM ON TV. ALL THOSE CRIMES ARE SOLVED IN AN HOUR, WHY CAN'T THE SAME HAPPEN ON MY BLOCK. SURE, JUST AN ANONYMOUS TIP AND WITHIN MINUTES DOZENS OF POLICE ARE KICKING IN DOORS AND MAKING ARRESTS. SURVEY SAYS, TRY AGAIN. IT TAKES A LOT OF TIME AND RESOURCES TO INVESTIGATE THINGS LIKE THIS AND POLICE ARE STRETCHED THIN. DON'T THINK FOR A MOMENT THAT THE POLICE DON'T KNOW OR ARE UNWILLING TO DO ANYTHING. "KNOWING" AND "PROVING" ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS.
WHEN YOU SEE THESE THINGS HAPPENING, CALL THEN, AND PROVIDE AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE. DON'T COMPLAIN ABOUT IT IN A BLOG AFTER THE FACT.

There is no need to call and report anything because there are cameras up in the block and the police know who has them and where they are and I am sure if I see it then the cameras do to. Get the footage and watch it thats all the proof they need. They knew for sometime the cameras were there the owners told them they put them up . They need to spend less time chasing down speeders and protect and serve . It is not all of the force most of them are great guys and come up and down the street allot but when darkness falls they get ghost.

My mother lives in that block and I am one of the toughest critics of this police department and they know who I am , but I have to say they keep that block patrolled and would not allow anything to go on in that block . A few of them have thier faults but they are a really good department and I would not trade them for any other department in this area. Leave them alone and allow them to do thier jobs if this is happening they will stamp it out and make it a public event to show everyone they run this township and not the drug dealers.

Also NUNYA is right if you see something say something . Don't complain react and be a productive member of society and work with the police and not against them we will all be better off.

If the police are reading this you need to get a website up to allow residents to submit tips without having to leave thier names and personal information you would probably get more tips.

THERE'S A COMMON MISCONCEPTION THAT THERE IS NO CRIME IN THIS AREA SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU DON'T HEAR ABOUT IT. BELIEVE ME, ONLY A SMALL FRACTION OF THE CRIMES AND ARRESTS GET INTO THE PAPER. NO OFFENSE TO STOWE RESIDENT BUT, DARK GRAINY FOOTAGE FROM HALF A BLOCK AWAY OF SHADOWY FIGURES MOVING AROUND IN A CAR IS NOT PROOF OF ANYTHING. GO VISIT DISTRICT COURT AND SIT IN ON SOME HEARINGS, THEY'RE MOSTLY OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. GET AN IDEA OF WHAT IS NEEDED TO GET AN ARREST THROUGH EVEN A PRELIMINARY HEARING. GO TO THE TOWNSHIP MEETINGS AND GET INFORMED.

It's simple, just say NO to drugs!

The police are aware of the issue and are trying to the best they can to resolve the issue. It takes time and allot of hard work and proof !!! Give them time and they will get what they need to shut it down, they always do!! We have a great police department here and I wouldn't trade them for anyone. Well maybe a couple of them!! Just kidding keep up the good work guys we really do appreciate the hard work you do for our township.
