Don't know how to make a new post, but School St at 2nd St and 3rd Street should have stop signs, or ar least speed bumps. Traffic from the train does not do 25 MPH. It's a straight run from 4th st. and you can't guarentee people are gonna stop at the other stop signs heading North or South.
