City of Foster City assigned this issue to Foster City PW – Traffic

Do they need a business license? I looks like it Bauer limo service exclusively.

City staff has been monitoring the situation over the last few weeks. These buses are offering shuttle service to reduce the number of single-occupancy vehicles from the highways. On-street parking is allowed on E. Third Avenue, whether it'd be passenger car, truck, or bus, as long as it does not exceed 72-hour limit as governed by the California Vehicle Code.
