Found DTE repair Crew completely blocking the street with no signs warning. When I tried to pass crewmember physically blocked roadway and yelled beligerently. It was obvious if they had not cluttered up the work site with their empty work trailers there would have been ample room for them to work without completely blocking roadway. Nearest alternate route was a quarter mile away, so 5 minutes wasted time, and half mile wasted travel due to lack of signage. Please block this repair crew from city.
