The continued failure to clean up this property is now making it difficult for pedestrians to pass, as weeds and ivy are narrowing the sidewalk. That's not to mention the graffiti and the ratnests inside the rotting building itself.

I like the ivy. Are you serious? How is that making it difficult for pedestrians to pass?
That building could use some general cleanup though.
And the graffiti could go.
And maybe some lighting in that immediate area would be good.

It is covering the sidewalk, and tghe building is one big ratnest that needs to be demolished.
