Northbound Wynn to westbound Bradford needs a longer left turn lane. A couple of times recently I've seen it fill up during evening rush hour.

Also, I'm not sure if it was the expected effect, but any accidents from all four left turns have probably decreased. I've seen several people (all four left turns, at varying times of the day) wait through the flashing yellow arrow for a green arrow, even with average or minimal oncoming traffic.

Thank you for contacting the City of Huntsville Traffic Engineering. In order to improve safety at the intersection of Wynn Drive and Bradford, some dual left turn lanes were reduced to single left turns lanes. Due to a heavy demand for the east-north traffic, in the evening, traffic may back up in some cases. Staff has already changed the operation of the signal to account for this increase. We will continue to monitor the eastbound approach to determine if any infrastructure are possible. Thank you once again.
