Those blinking pedestrian yield signs would do well on Sip Ave between Corbin and Garrison, most cars don't want to yield if you are in the crosswalk.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will move forward with the data collection effort to conduct a traffic study to determine if a traffic signal is warranted at this intersection. We will also survey the area to assess the potential for additional signage and striping improvements.
