More and more, they are is claiming that issues are fixed when they are not. This Site is becoming more and more useless.

Oh, no. Hopefully, this site still works cos we have to reply on them to help us fix the problems here. Some many problems with this city and a lot of people just don't have much respect to the public anymore.

I think what is happening is that issues are being closed on SeeClickFix once they are handed off internally at the City to another department (or entered into the City's own system). While I understand the rationale for doing this, it does render SeeClickFix pretty useless for tracking ongoing problems (and undoubtedly leads to duplicate postings for the same problem). For City employees reading--please consider changing this practice to leave issues open until they are actually resolved, not just until they are entered into the system or assigned to the relevant department.
