CB- A hole appeared in culvert. Ed Sweeney (940-727-8099)has put dirt in it, but the hole reappears. Before adding more dirt and reseeding, he would like someone to take a look at it, to prevent the hole developing into a bigger problem. The hole is between the 2nd and 3rd tree after you turn right from County Line Rd to Sequoia. Also, concerned that the culvert pipe is clear - last winter water backed up and created a skating rink in culvert and spilling out to the road. He hasn't seen anyone this summer come and look at the pipe.
