2 things are keeping this from going anywhere:
1. This is reported from 'an anonymous user' so it legally can't go anywhere - it lacks standing. Code enforcement MUST have a contact name & phone number to move this forward.
Technically the system is buggy, too - you'll notice that this report doesn't even have a cursory 'your report has been received' comment. I think the fix to the previous technical problem of accepting anonymous reports has given way to this; not accepting, but not denying.
2. It looks like it's on private property, so the property owner has to be the one to call.
(It would really be nice if the county piped up and said all of that... two months ago.)
Your best bet is to call 311 to remain anonymous and actually have something done.

Your comments aren't anonymous, but the 'reporter' of the issue is listed as 'an anonymous seeclickfix user', and that's where it counts.
The mobile up seems screw up a lot in linking reports to someone's profile. You can claim 'orphaned' reports by...
opening the website
logging into your account
click on the silhouette in the upper right corner
click on 'my content'
you'll see a list of reports and any that are orphaned will have a link so you can claim it.
click on the 'claim' link.
Then (theoretically) the county will receive it and follow up.
Or you can just call.
good luck!
