There has been No resolution to this problem. The rain coming in this week will have a huge adverse impact. Not sure why it was closed prior to getting it resolved or why this continues to happen with 311 Complaints. Parents prefer not getting the media involved because of the kids and respect for bschool faculty members. That may, however be the only alternative we are left with . Please do not close this again until the problem has been 'Resolved'.

Resolution summary: pothole is repaired

Not sure why they keep closing this without any resolution. I just drove through here yesterday and it's worse than ever!! You almost run into other cars or risk hitting children when using this access road. To be clear it's the area off Willow Rd. behind the school, adjacent to Lanier Park, alongside the fire station. Do we need to address this with the mayor directly to actually get it resolved? Please do not close this again without making REAL REPAIRS.

Resolution summary: Repaired by crew 2131 Pruitt

The photo I've attached is one of five (5) different pot holes taken at 3:30 pm TODAY. I don't know who this 'Pruitt' is but but may I suggest that we take the 'Taxpayer' funds we're paying him to Lie and use that money to actually fix the potholes. This is really frustrating as a taxpayer and grandmother of an Overton High student. I will also be sending an email with the photos directly to Mayor Strickland, Mayor Lutrell, Superintendent Hobson and Media Outlets along with a copy of the false notifications that have been provided. The only thing that will resolve this is for the potholes to actually be 'REPAIRED'. Please have someone escalate this to the next highest level.

AGAIN, Your repair crew is being completely dishonest! Drove this road today 11/04/17 and it has not been repaired. But once again the Wonderful Shelby County Major has taken this seriously; inspected and confirmed a 'work order' on this problem, Makes me wonder what else your city maintain crews are being dishonest about and how my many work hours are they (Pruitt) are misappropriating. Thank goodness we have a Mayor (Shelby County) who takes taxpayer concerns seriously!
