Sharraxaadda

Three teenagers in West Shore threw several fireworks onto the roofs of homes, nearly caused a fire. Neighbor caught a grainy picture of two of the perps, male and female, look to be about 16-19 years old. They ran toward Arlington st. Police were unable to apprehend them.
