Descripción

This dog is left outside eary every morning and barks loudly for no reason! Owner is beligerant any time someone in the neighborhood asks her to please take her dog in when it starts to bark at 6 am.

This lady told me if I didn't
Like her dog barking, "I should move out of the city. Because that's what it's like in the city" - the ignorant dog owners sit in the house while the dog barks to be let in. How DON'T they hear it?

Call ACCT. 267-385-3800 Check for signs of neglect or abuse on the dog...such as sores, mange, long nails etc. They will more likely come out for a neglect/abuse case then just barking. Also I think if it is before 7am it can be considered a noise violation but I'm not sure.
