How many time does a person have to complain about in order for it to get fixed

Have complained last year for same exact problem and still has not been fixed. Has been like this for two years and nobody wants to fix it. This is how I think I injured my foot.

I still twisting my ankle in this pothole in the brickwork. No one has been by to fix it and has been getting worse. No one cares if someone gets hurt. What are waiting for a lawsuit?

Finally putting the sensors back in the street but no one wants to fix the brickwork. Where are your priorities.
