New neighbor has planted a garden that is against the fire hydrant. The STOP sign is also entirely blocked by the sunflowers. Somebody will get hurt and sue the city for not maintaining the vivibilty of this stop sign. I have contacted the police, fire dept, DGS, water dept and traffic engineering, but this is still here. Somebody get some nerve and educate this new resident to Albany already. It will just start a fued if I try and deal with it myself. Authorities, PLEASE take notice. My son plays here and the ball often ends up in the intersection for him to retrieve. There is going to be an accident if this isn't remedied. Will somebody PLEASE take ownership of this and get it removed already?
